As we are all trying to cut costs, recent efforts have come up to combine jobs (i.e. CT/Mammo/Imaging Tech) versuses keeping the job titles unique to moality. My question is how would you establish a pay range for this? Pay to the highest market value job? Weight the percentage of how often they are doing each modality? These are things we've discussed, but wondering if anyone is currently doing this and if so, how are you making it work?
