We are in evaluating our Baylor program and I’m looking for info on comparative structures. Currently our Baylors work 7 weekends on 8th off + one shift each week and four of six holidays per year. They receive premium pay for up to 24 hours per week (essentially are paid as if they are full-time). They are eligible for all benefits. How does this compare with other org’s structure? Do other’s exclude paid time off from the benefits for Baylor employees?
