Hi, The next question was who should attend these forums? Companies are currently having problems with people not taking forums seriously and consequently attendance is often poor. It’s crucial that managers are trained to communicate the value behind attending a forum and in turn that employees understand the impact they can have when this channel is used effectively. Employees should nominate representatives to attend and discuss issues on their behalf. In order to show the company is taking these discussions seriously the correct member of management should be on hand to listen and answer questions around issues that arise. Management should be trained on how to deal with discussions in forums and backing from the top of the organisation can be used to create a ‘healthy fear’ to ensure managers attend and take discussions seriously. How can you ensure maximum value? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. The incredible convenience of marketing online is one of the biggest advantages of internet marketing. The internet has extremely easy accessibility with consumers using the internet and reaching markets anywhere in the world. Because of this, purchasing goods from across borders now reduces the cost of transportation.
