No. We provide for the following: parent (including step), spouse, child (including step), sibling, grandparent, grandchild, in-laws.

We do not either.
We provide for the following: spouse, children, step-children, parents, legal guardian, step-parents, foster parent, great grandparents, grandparents, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, mother-in-law, father-inlaw, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, sister-in-law and brother-in-law.

We provide the following:
1 Day - Parent, Grandparent, Aunt, Uncle, Sibling, and corresponding inlaws. 3 Day - Spouse, Child, or Step Child
An employee can take more time if needed. They just need to use PTO to cover their time.

Wheaton bereavement leave applies to: Immediate family member is defined as spouse, child or stepchild, parent/guardian or stepparent, mother-in-law or father-in-law, sibling, or grandchild/ grandparent.

Up to 5 days of paid time off to make arrangements for and/or attend the funeral of the employee’s child, spouse, parent, domestic partner, brother or sister. Up to 3 days of paid time off will be given to make arrangements and/or attend the funeral of the employee’s grandchild, grandparent, mother/father in law, daughter/son in law, step child, step parent, partner’s parent, partner’s child, aunt/uncle, and current foster parent relationship. Up to 1 day of paid time off will be given for the employee’s great grandparent, niece/nephew, and brother/sister-in-law.
