Good Afternoon: I'm reaching out to those organizations that have multiple locations. What have you found most effective, outside of emails and letters, to leverage in communicating with your associates? We have held forums twice a year with our Executive Team throughout our Ministries over the course of two weeks each year. However, our attendance is typically only 20% of our total number of associates.
Any best practices or sharing you could provide on ways to leverage high level communication would be welcome! Thanks
